Fruit Cookies

No Sugar Added Fruit Cookies

These fruit cookies are both healthy & delicious!  My mom gave me this recipe (Thanks, mom!) and I’m in heaven.  They are super easy and quick to make.  They take about 10 minutes to prepare and 25 minutes to bake, so approximately 35 minutes until you are indulging.  Because there is no added sugar, I’ve even had them for breakfast and not felt one bit guilty.  LOL  😉  Give them a try and let me know what you think.  Enjoy!

Fruit Cookies

Recipe:

3 bananas, mashed

1 cup chopped dates

1/3 cup oil

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups oats

1 tsp. vanilla

Add cinnamon

Add unsweetened coconut

Add nuts, if desired (I chose chopped walnuts)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease cookie sheet

Mix bananas, dates & oil with fork

Add remaining ingredients

Drop on cookie sheet by the teaspoon

Bake for 25 minutes
